Shipping details:
- FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $50
- Australia Post Standard: Approx 2-6 business day - $9.95
- Australia Post Express: Approx 1-3 business day - $14.95
Important to note:
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Rural and remote delivery areas may take longer.
- Please allow 2 business days for dispatch and up to 3 days during busy sale periods - eg. Christmas, Black Friday.
- Australia Post is responsible for the delivery of your order. The delivery timeframes listed are based on the provider’s recommended guidelines and are estimates only, which are outside of our control.
International Shipping:
- We currently offer shipping within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Exchange and Refund Policy
- A purchase is eligible for an exchange or refund if the product is damaged or defective.
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product at hello@howlovelyco.com to request a return or exchange.
- Please provide photos of the damaged product, including the packaging it arrived in to assist with our investigation.
- The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- If the item is not found to be damaged or faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment including the returned delivery cost. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
